THERE ARE COUNTLESS CRAFTS AND SKILLS IN CULTURE THAT ARE FORGOTTEN AND LOST WITH THE PASSAGE OF TIME.

ONE OF THEM…

TRADITIONAL CRAFTMANSHIP IS ALWAYS IN SIGHT AND SLOWLY FADES
THE STORY BEGINS WITH ‘NEGLIGENCE’

The negligence to teach craftsmen that the clothing industry has changed over time, in terms of fashion, quantity, quality, and price.

There has been along-term vacancy in the role of advisor/counsellor who teaches relevance to current times, now that the apparel industry demands production quality, speed, and consistency.

The past execution system made them fall behind, where everything was still done manually. Thus, they have difficulty to produce the desired quantity of production.

Once they were part of the mass industry, now hand execution has risen to the artisanal class. This is one of the reasons why their income is still lagging behind the mass industrial class making it difficult for craftsmen to have sufficient income, and this is also what makes the successors reluctant to follow in the footsteps of the previous generation.

Our mission is to develop solid ecosystem for the many talented crafts people and their incredible know how, so they are not only maintained but also supported and educated in the ever-changing fashion landscape. Through this support, the know-how is no longer in danger of disappearing, and the craft remains desirable to design talent and the fashion industry.
